RSL Art Union AU414 $20 Loyalty Reward Tickets Promotion (LRTP02) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions are the AU414 $20 Loyalty Reward Tickets Promotion (LRTP02) Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Any tickets purchased are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.3 Any terms used in the LRTP02 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the LRTP02 Terms and Conditions.

1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the LRTP02 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) LRTP02 Terms and Conditions;

b) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

c) any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

d) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions; and

e) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Details

2.1 LRTP02 is conducted by Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 (RSL Queensland).

2.2 LRTP02 will open at 12:01am (AEST) Wednesday 21 February 2024 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) Wednesday 28 February 2024 (Promotion Period).

2.3 This is a gift-based promotion. Those customers formally invited in accordance clause 3.1 who meet the eligibility criteria listed in clauses 3.1 during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) $20 Ticket Book in RSL Art Union 414 (Loyalty Reward Tickets) conducted by RSL Queensland.

2.4 We reserve the right to extend the Promotion Period at any time without notice. Please refer to www.rslartunion.com.au for up-to-date Draw details.

2.5 Loyalty Reward Tickets recipients will be determined in accordance with the eligibility criteria in LRTP02 Terms and Conditions as at 11:59pm (AEST) Wednesday 28 February 2024 (Eligibility Date).

2.6 Eligible recipients will receive their Loyalty Rewards tickets via their ticket delivery preference commencing 10:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 6 March 2024 and will have received them by AU414 close on 8:00pm (AEST) 10 April 2024.

2.7 In the event that all tickets in AU414L are depleted, a ticket book of equal value will be provided in the next available RSL Art Union Draw with the same ticket book option.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 To be eligible for the LRTP02, you must:

a) Be formally invited by RSL Queensland to participate in the promotion via email;

b) Remain a VIP Member throughout the Promotion Period;

c) Subscribed to a ticket book value of either $30, $50, $80, $100 or $150 (Qualifying Ticket Book);

d) Have and continue to hold at the Eligibility Date, a Qualifying Ticket Book in RSL Art Union Draw 414 (AU414L) (Qualifying Draw); and

e) Have fully paid for the Qualifying Ticket Book in the Qualifying Draw up to the end of the Promotion Period and not subsequently sought a cancellation or refund in respect of your Qualifying Ticket Book before the Eligibility Date.

3.2 We reserve the right to determine whether an individual has or has not met the eligibility criteria.

4. Loyalty Reward Tickets

4.1 Each individual that has met the eligibility criteria in clauses 3.1 will receive one (1) $20 Ticket Book in RSL Art Union 414 (AU414L).

4.2 The Loyalty Reward Tickets are strictly limited to one per person. If you hold or create multiple eligible VIP Membership accounts, you are eligible to receive Loyalty Reward Tickets for the first eligible account only.

4.3 The Loyalty Reward Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash.
