This morning we announced the winner of our VIP12 Heroes draw, a VIP exclusive lottery with a $2 million gold bullion prize, dedicated to a veteran hero. This draw was dedicated to Joe Cazey, who served in the Royal Australian Engineers as a Field Engineer for 25 years.
As Robert Skoda, RSL Queensland’s General Manager of Veteran Services, made the call we waited with bated breath for Andrew Smith* to answer.
Mr. Smith has been a VIP Club member since 2006 and a loyal supporter of the RSL Art Union. Upon being told the good news he was truly speechless and after a bit of convincing could not believe his luck!
We are excited to share his life-changing prize with him and see what is on his $2 million shopping list.

Meet Joe Cazey
The VIP 12 Heroes Draw was dedicated to Joe Cazey, who served in the Royal Australian Engineers as a Field Engineer for 25 years, where he was deployed in Vietnam early in his career, and then went onto other locations, including Papua New Guinea, Singapore and the Middle East.
