Quarterly Cash Draw 18 – AU415 - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. The ‘Quarterly Cash Draw’ is a bonus draw conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia, (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 and is open to eligible VIP members.

2.2. The open and close ‘Draw Period’, Draw dates and the permit numbers of the Quarterly Cash Draw 18 are set out below:

2.3. Quarterly Cash Draw 18 will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator on the date listed in clause 2.2.

2.4. Winners will be notified directly, and results will be published at www.rslartunion.com.au/winners on Tuesday, 7 May 2024.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1. Active VIP Members who have a valid subscription entry in the current Prize Home Draw AU415 as at Draw close date listed at clause 2.2 will be automatically entered into the Quarterly Cash Draw 18.

3.2. Each VIP member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1 will receive entries in the Quarterly Cash Draw 18 equal to their nominated subscription entries/ tickets (including bonus tickets) for the current Prize Home Draw AU415.

3.3. Additional tickets/ entries are not available for this exclusive draw. If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP member for the purpose of the Quarterly Cash Draw 18.

3.4. Your entry into the Quarterly Cash Draw 18 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the current Prize Home Draw AU415 which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate Quarterly Cash Draw 18 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1. The total prize available to eligible VIP members in addition to the current Prize Home Draw AU415 is $100,000 cash consisting of one draw valued at $100,000 cash awarded to the winner of Quarterly Cash Draw 18.

4.2. Any prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by crossed cheque made out to the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person to be VIP members) or by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner.

4.3. You may elect for the whole prize to be paid by method in clause 4.2 by notifying us.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Quarterly Cash Draw 18. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for the one year following the draw of a Quarterly Cash Draw 18, a redraw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Wednesday 7 May 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator.
