RSL Art Union Draw 415 (AU415) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. RSL Art Union Draw 415 'AU415' is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R23/00217.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14504, VIC Permit No. 10436/23.

2.2. Draw AU415 will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 20 March 2024 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 22 May 2024 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 3,705,900 tickets in Draw AU415, which may include a maximum of 958,346 bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU415 will be drawn on Wednesday, 29 May 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10:00am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly, and results will be published at www.rslartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 29 May 2024.

2.6. Further to clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to RSL Art Union Draw 415. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

3. Prizes

3.1. Total prize value: $7,411,609.

4. Unclaimed Prizes

4.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of AU415 a redraw will be conducted on Thursday 29 May 2025, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10:30am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.

2. Draw Details

2.1. RSL Art Union Draw AU416 ‘Draw AU416’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R24/00003, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14528, VIC Permit No. 10013/24.

2.2. Draw AU416 will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday 15 May 2024 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 26 June 2024 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 4,658,500 tickets in Draw AU416, which may include a maximum of 1,192,483 bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU416 will be drawn on Wednesday 3 July 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10:00am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.

4. Additional terms relating to Prize Vehicles

4.1. For the purposes of these Draw Terms and Conditions a “prize vehicle” means any vehicle forming part of the prize including any car, caravan, motor home or ride-on mower (if applicable).

4.2. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict exact prize details.

4.3. If you are the winner of the Draw, excluding the ride-on mower, we will pay for on-road costs for the prize vehicle (limited to GST, Luxury Car Tax, stamp duty, 12-month motor vehicle registration, compulsory third-party insurance and registration transfer fee). This part of the prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Prizes must be collected or delivered within 1 month after the Draw unless agreed otherwise.

4.4. Except for the costs set out in clause 4.3, all other costs are solely the responsibility of the winner of the Draw. The winner of the Draw will be responsible for all other ancillary or related costs and expenses, including security, maintenance, comprehensive motor vehicle insurance (and any other insurance not stated), optional extras and accessories, fuel, conditional registration and personal costs. We strongly recommend that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner of the Draw before taking possession of the prize vehicle.

4.5. If the prize vehicle is or becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize vehicle for another vehicle of equal or greater value, subject to any approvals required from regulatory authorities.

4.6. The winner of the Draw is responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information and completing the necessary paperwork for registration, and collection or delivery of, the prize vehicle.

4.7. Prize vehicles are supplied by the Queensland auto dealers identified in these Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

4.8. By entering the Draw, you authorise us to give your contact details to the relevant auto dealers and authorise the auto dealers to contact you if you are the winner of the Draw, to arrange for registration and collection or delivery of the prize vehicle (where applicable) to the prize home locations listed in subclauses 3.1 c) and 3.1 d). You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the Draw.

4.9. We and, were applicable, the relevant auto dealers, reserve the right to request the winner of the Draw to provide their drivers licence and any other proof of entry required to register the prize vehicle.

4.10. The prize vehicle is subject to the relevant auto dealer’s standard Terms and Conditions of sale, which the winner of the Draw will be required to complete and sign upon collection of the prize vehicle (if applicable).

4.11. The risk in the prize vehicle (including insurance risk) will pass from the auto dealer to the winner of the Draw on registration, or collection or delivery of the prize vehicle, whichever comes first. Title to the prize vehicle will pass to the winner of the Draw on registration of the prize vehicle.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of AU416 a redraw will be conducted on Thursday, 3 July 2025, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10:30am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.

In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 6,464,700 tickets in Draw AU417, which may include a maximum of 1,669,703 bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU417 will be drawn on Wednesday, 7 August 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10:00am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified by directly and results will be published at www.rslartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 7 August 2024.
